Directions to the Estate.

By road - the estate is accessed off the A237 Carshalton Rd. It runs between Mitcham Town Centre and Hackbridge.
From Mitcham town centre heading towards Hackbridge, go past Mitcham Junction Station. After approx. 300 yards the Goat Public House is on the Right, turn right into Goat Rd, then right into Wates Way onto the estate.
From HackBridge heading towards Mitcham, turn Left at the Goat Public House then right into Wates Way onto the estate.

By Public Transport - the estate is within 10 minutes walk from Mitcham Junction Station Tram Stop.
Trams every 12 minutes at peak times. Mitcham Junction also has connecting rail services to Connex / Thameslink. There are direct trains from Victoria, Clapham Junction, London Bridge or Epsom.
There are 2 Bus routes on roads adjoining the area, the S1 from Banstead to Hackbridge and 127 from Purley to Tooting.
